How
it works…
- Customer
purchases any Paragon UMT switch between 04/15/04 and 12/31/04 and
receives $10
per port on an existing KVM switch you trade-in.
- DataCom
West approves trade-in amount and Customer receives quote with trade-in
discount applied.
- Customer
is given trade-in discount at time of purchase and an RMA number and
address
to return the old equipment.
- Customer
has 30 days to deliver old equipment to DataCom West, or trade-in discount
is reversed and Customer is liable for the trade-in discount, and additional invoice will be issued
for the trade-in discount amount and applicable sales tax.
Terms:
This is a port for port trade-in program. This means you can trade in
old equipment, up to the number of switch ports on the Paragon unit(s)
you are purchasing. For example, if you buy a Paragon UMT2161 with 16
ports, DataCom West will provide you a discount towards your new Raritan
KVM solution, up to 16 ports.
Under this program, any end user who buys a new Paragon solution between
April 15th, 2004 and December 31st, 2004 may trade in any KVM switch
from any KVM switch manufacturer, including Raritan.
The
rebate rate is $10 (US) per port. To qualify for Raritan’s
Paragon Power rebate program you must purchase your Paragon solution
by December 15th and return your old equipment to DataCom West within
30 days from receipt of your new equipment invoice date.

The fine print!
- Must
have purchased any UMT between valid dates, April 15th, 2004 and
December 31st, 2004.
- Customer
is responsible for shipping costs of trade-in equipment to DataCom West,
Los Angeles Depot.
